Information we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, what you're interested in, and any comments. We don't collect anything you don't type in yourself.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule your free consultation, and follow up about our programs. You'll receive an automatic confirmation email when you submit the form. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Services we use

Our contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, which transmits your submission to our email. Our site uses Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, and Google may collect standard technical data (like your IP address) when those load. If we use website analytics, they collect anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited and general location — not your identity. Membership signups and class bookings are handled by Wodify under their own privacy policy.

Data retention & your choices

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to serve you. You can ask us anytime to delete your information or stop contacting you — just email or call us and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Youth programs are arranged directly with a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
