I've been coming to this gym for over a month and have been challenged in new ways. The coaches and the community really look out for you, guide you, and push you. I've made great progress physically already, and have had a lot of fun doing it!!
It's not just CrossFit. Its a community of incredible people and a staff that will do whatever it takes to help you to obtain your goals. I have gained some life long friends and most importantly I have gained the knowledge to live a COMPLETELY better life. Its not just a gym, its something to be a part of!
I absolutely love it here! The trainers are all very educated in the movements and workouts.There are all different fitness levels so no matter if you are just starting or if you are a long time athlete this place will challenge you!
